We loved the kitchenette in the room. It made it easy to make drinks and we used the microwave and fridge. The room was clean and convenient for a good night's sleep. The hotel was large but quiet. It is about 40 minutes walk from the centre which was okay but there are also buses from close to the hotel which makes it easier. For the price, a very good basic hotel with everything you need for a stay.

Not a very good experience.

Lousy place. No aircondition, had to leave 90 euros in cash to have some fans in the room. Dirty floors in the kitchen. Almost no toilet paper. Receptionists were not very interested in our wellbeing, very impersonal. Maybe this works in April and September/oktober. Expensive breakfast that we declined. Far from the city center as well. Better to use some more money to stay in the center and actually have a nice stay. Didn’t feel quite safe either with lots of people probably having long term stays, drinking etc.

Good property in Annecy. However, the unit was much smaller than on the pictures. It doesn’t have ac, be aware if you travel in the summer. Very basic. Located far from the centre, so a lot of walking or using bus plus walking. Not expensive compared to more central properties. Secured parking.

No Ac I didn’t read all listing but for s motel which it is . It isn’t a hotel AC should be available. We had to sleeps both windows open with one that did open at the top, Meaning we had to sleeps both windows as it was very hot with a window all open. Anyone could have come in the room not very safe for my children and I.

Apartment was very clean. Ideal for our 3 night break although did feel a bit like student digs. We boobed with the location as it was a good 20 minute walk to the old town, a killer going back until we found ubers to get us around. Would stay nearer centre next time and I ay a little more. All in all a decent budget stay

Really clean room and bathroom, no air conditioning but other than that it was great. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking proper meals and the hotel is close to an Aldi for shopping and a bus stop for getting into town. Good shutter on the window to prevent bugs.
