Central hotel next to the train station and old town. Very clean, warm and spacious. Planning on returning here next year. Spa was good, although busy. Lovely balcony to sit out on and relax in the evening.

Standard experience for a Novotel, clean and professional. Very close to the main railway (but the area feels very clean and safe), and within 5 walking minutes of the city center. Breakfast was pretty standard continental menu, with fresh and local ingredients.

The staff at the hotel were all super helpful and friendly. The check in/out was simple and efficient. The room was quiet and comfortable. The bar staff were exceptionally good, and encouraged me to practice my French on them. The food in the restaurant was also very good, the service was very good.

We had a great stay at this comfortable and modern hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Annecy. The convenience of on-site parking was a huge plus, especially for exploring the city and surrounding areas such as Chamonix, Geneva and Yvoire. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with comfortable bedding that made for restful nights. The bathrooms were a good size, functional, and spotless, which we really appreciated. The staff was friendly, professional, and bilingual, which made communication easy and our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor downside was the air conditioning — despite our efforts to adjust the settings, the room stayed warmer than we would have liked. That said, the staff was attentive to our concerns and did their best to assist. Overall, this hotel is an excellent option for anyone visiting Annecy who values comfort, location, and good service.
