PropretĂ© du logement Ă  revoir, moisi dans la salle d'eau, vitres barbouillĂ©es, mĂ©nage fait Ă  la va vite, toiles d'araignĂ©e, prise de courant bouchĂ©e avec du papier WC, pas de Vmc dans la salle d'eau(donc moisi), Ă©coulement du lavabo dans l salle d'eau se fait dans la douche, pas de rangements dans la salle d'eau. Manque 1 salle d'eau pour un logement accueillant autant d'occupants. Vaisselle sale Ă  l'arrivĂ©e, crasse sur les fenĂȘtres, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur (nous avons dĂ» replacer le joint pour l'Ă©tanchĂ©itĂ© de la porte), sable dans le Spa... Sinon endroit propice Ă  la dĂ©tente et accĂšs plage rapide et facile. Literie relativement confortable (mais odeur de moisi sur les draps aprĂšs retrait de ceux-ci).. Un bon coup de mĂ©nage (et un vrai) est Ă  effectuer et des travaux de mise en conformitĂ© Ă  prĂ©voir. Si un prestataire de nettoyage est engagĂ©, revoir leur sĂ©rieux!
