This apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Les Cigales de Mer residence (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen corner open to the living area, as well as a relaxation corner with a sofa and TV. You’ll find all the necessary amenities for your comfort: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, fridge, washing machine, and all the kitchen utensils needed to prepare your meals.

The modern living area is equipped with a sofa bed, TV, and air conditioning for your well-being. Enjoy the peace while being close to the beach and outdoor activities. Relax in this warm space with a carefully designed decor.

The apartment also features a bathroom with a bathtub and separate WC.

Linen included: a set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.
Any additional requests will be charged:

€25 TTC for a double bed (2 people)
€15 TTC for a single bed (1 person)
Basic products are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.

appartement bien et équipe réactive

logement petit, mais fonctionnelle et avec tout le nécessaire, le plus la clim surtout avec la canicule de ces derniers jours. on a eu un problÚme avec le siphon de l'évier de la salle de bains et celui ci a été réparer le lendemain comme vu avec l'agence, donc une réactivité qui fait plaisir. la résidence n'est pas trÚs isolé au niveau du bruit, malgré des vitres isolantes de derniÚres génération. mais sa va on a pu dormir tranquillement et les lits sont de bonne factures, que cela soit le canapé pour deux ou le lits pour individuelle de l'entrée de l'appartement. on a passé un bon séjour et les commerces sont tous a proximité donc pas de kilomÚtre inutile en voiture pour faire ces courses.
