"Chambre propre, eau chaude et bonne pression."

"All very good. Comfortable. Close to main roads (quiet) so easy to find. Food outlets/restaurants a very short drive away, Good car park, basic but nice 9.99 breakfast. Only negative is the room doors slam hard & vibrate in neighbouring room wall, but luckily was no issue at night for us. Would recommend for an overnight stay while enroute through France "

"Great hotel for a stop over night or two, 15 to 20 minutes walk from the centre, however i must point out how great the staff were, couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming, exceptionally clean and well looked after hotel "

"Hotel Review – Hôtel Première Classe Le Mans Ouest Université This hotel was chosen mainly because of the cheap price for a quick overnight stop during our road trip. The room and facilities were very basic, and the overall comfort was below our expectations. "The room was nice and clean although very small, however it did serve a purpose and we didn’t have breakfast. Didn’t like the idea of using the showers and toilet facilities so paid extra for a room which included these facilities. "

"The hotel and room were clean and staff were pleasant. The restaurant wasn’t open the night we stayed which would have been useful to know beforehand. The Italian restaurant next door was ok for the one night. The dual carriage way outside was noisey with young boy racers speeding up and down. "

"A very pleasant stay at Gite du Jouteau with our family of eleven, our ages ranged from 9 to 76. Surprisingly the indoor pool was a bonus with temps in the mid 30s during our stay allowing us to cool off easily. Very quiet area and a relaxing stay in the Sarthe region of France."

"Really peaceful, lovely rooms and a warm welcome. Really good continental breakfast. There was even a kettle and decent teabags! This hotel is excellent value for money. Immaculately clean, lovely bathrooms. The rooms were spacious and comfortable - modern rooms but in keeping with the traditional rustic building. The hotel has an honesty bar where you can get a beer (but not much else) although there's no drinks or facilities to make bake a drink in the rooms. The village itself is very quiet - nothing to do apart from go for a walk. The next village along, Brulon, had a few more restaurants/cafes. We ate in the restaurant next to the hotel - worth booking ahead as it didn't look like they did walk-ins. The hotel booked us a table the day before we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and wish we'd stayed more than one night - if you're looking for a comfortable, peaceful overnight stopover, this hotel is perfect."
