We are there on a very hot days. There was no aircon in the room. Staff gave me 2 fans but we had very hard nights there. Breakfast was OK

Great location near by Deauville.

The property is unclearly labeled as having air conditioning. They have it in the lobby, but not all the rooms. This was a very important variable when we booked the hotel. Additionally, when we called the front desk about other issues, they never picked up the phone. We tried three times after letting it ring for well over a minute before having to go downstairs to speak to them directly. Will never go back.

Excellent to stay in this charming hotel above a bustling French brasserie. You feel like part of the fabric of the building as it has evolved over many decades without losing its charm. If you want soulless cookie cutter hotels try deauville, but for a glimpse of a coastal French town stay here. The room was generous and even without air conditioning the breeze from the windows kept us cool, restaurant is well worth a visit and the breakfast is worth getting up for to give you a great start
