A proximité de la résidence, vous avez un grand jardin avec un minigolf. Vous pourrez tout faire à pied, la plage à 3 mn, le centre à 5 mn, le marché le jeudi à 2 mn. Des pistes cyclables vous sont proposées et vous pourrez utiliser le local vélos à cet effet au sein de la résidence.
