Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 4-room villa that spans across 135 square meters and two levels, with a south-facing position. The spacious and beautifully furnished villa features a large living/dining room with a panoramic window and an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only). The living/dining room has access to the terrace. There is one room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), also with access to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, and it also has an exit leading to the terrace. There is a bathroom/WC and a separate WC on the same level. The upper floor consists of one room with a double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm) and access to a balcony, as well as a large room with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), a bathroom, and a separate WC, also with access to a balcony.

Amenities Included
The villa is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. You will have access to a washing machine, dryer, iron, and hair dryer. Wi-Fi internet is provided free of charge. Additionally, there is a garage that can accommodate two cars. Please note that this is a non-smoking house.
