"While the staff is very pleasant and the property clean, there is almost no internet speed, the area around the hotel is made up of apartment and thus noisy late at night with kids shouting. There is only 1 small restaurant at walking distance. You need car to get to beach and the pics from hotel misleading. i would recommend hotel for 1 to 2 day max, not 15 like we book and we left 2 days in our stay but hotel refused the refund (as per policy)"

Je l'ai fait remarquer au responsable qui était désolé. Très sympa quand il nous a offert le pdj. Très bon hôtel seul inconvénient ce sont les places de parking. "I would like to say that I am disappointed with the quality of some things in our stay. This is the most expensive accommodation so far in Reunion but with the poorest facilities. On the plus side you service has been attentive and you have tried to accommodate the fact my wife does not drink alcohol and is pescatarian. Thank you To list: 1) the fridge is broken 2) the WiFi does not work in the room, 3) the shower soap is empty on our 1st use in the shower 4) the menu on the web site in English offers a happy hour - there is no happy hour 5) the floor in the room is sticky and maybe not that clean 6) Our fondue dinner was not served with potatoes or salad but as we had no menu we did not realise until after our dinner. You did compensate by removing cost of 1 glass of wine. Thank you. Overall very disappointing. The hotel is not a spa and needs some more care and attention to bring it back to a **** Level. "
