"Paid in advance for the room but when we arrived staff announced there was a e100 deposit for the room. They refused to give a room key until this was paid, they then refused to release the monies until the room had been cleaned. If the hotel needs to do this to their guests I shudder to think what type of guest they are getting there. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"Usually stay here en route to and from the Alps Spring and Summer. The heated pool is particularly welcome after hours in the car. Breakfast is a treat and dinner ok. Better to eat in the bar though. Enjoy Peter "

"Excellent position in the village, amazing staff extremely helpful and welcoming to the hotel, and provided great advice on availability of restaurants in the village and Epernay. Very secure garage for parking and a good breakfast choice. Pool. Looks great although we didn't use it. Highly recommended.. "

"In the process of being refurbished so was very clean and new. Only negative was that the WiFi was a bit patchy."

"I loved this hotel. It is a bit of walk to the heart of town, but en route you will find many wine tasting rooms and beautiful villas. My room was elegant and the staff were lovely. I stayed here in March so the pool wasn't open yet, but it would be a special place to stay in the summer. The breakfast was excellent and everyone was incredibly accommodating and helpful in making suggestions about champagne tastings, restaurants and excursions. "
