"The room is far away, and the elevator is out of order."

"The place is located just outside the center of Bologna, in a quiet and peaceful area. By car, the city center is about 25 minutes away, and within less than 10 minutes you can find supermarkets and restaurants. It is also very close to the airport, which makes it very convenient. Communication with the host was excellent — they answered all my questions quickly, clearly, and very helpfully throughout my stay."

"On arrival and throughout our stay the staff were extremely helpful. Considering it is called a Boutique Hotel our room was really large with a balcony. Could not fault it. The hotel is approximately 20 mins from the center but at present the laying of new tram lines is causing real traffic problems. I think the buffet breakfast catered for all taste. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"No coffee kettle in room like other hotels would do no cups can’t take food to your room so if u eat or drink has to be outside very disappointing for the amount they took"
