I did not stay at the hotel so this review is only based on my customer service with them. I appreciate the hotel has a set booking policy and my reservation was non refundable however I unexpectedly fell ill and asked if they could refund or instead move my dates of stay. The refused to accommodate any changes to my booking which was extremely disappointing when other hotels with the same booking policy have been really helpful in the past. Disappointing experience.

"Unfortunately, my stay at ibis Amboise was disappointing. The room had an unpleasant smell and was very dark, which made it feel uncomfortable. The toilet also had a serious flushing issue.
