A very comfortable villa with a heated pool, nestled between the ocean, the bay, and the lake

  • Very comfortable and modern architect-designed home with a heated 4m x 9m pool, 250 m² of living space on a 1,000 qm enclosed lot with a beautiful, relaxing pool area. The house is located on a very quiet street in Le Porge; shops, restaurants, and the market are all within walking distance. Parking is available on the property.
    Adjacent to the spacious terrace is the living-dining room, featuring a comfortable seating area, a fireplace with firewood, a TV, a dining area, and an open-concept kitchen. There is also a veranda that opens onto the landscaped garden and pool area.

Large well equipped villa in quiet neighbourhood.

The villa was well laid out for a family stay and was well equipped with a great pool and outside eating area. Very quiet area.The viĺlage had the advantage of an Intermarche but didnt get to try out the local restaurant due to restricted opening hours.The nearest beach was an easy 10 minutes drive and had its own restaurants as well as free parking and public toilets.Good communication with the rental agent and prompt response from the owner to fix a minor problem.

La maison est très accueillante, plus spacieuse qu’il n’y parait sur les photos. Tout l’équipement est là, et en état de marche. Vous serez à 10-15mns de l’étang de Lacanau ou de Le Porge océan et à 3mns des commerces pour le ravitaillement. La forêt est à 5mns à pied. Étant donné nos dates de séjour, nous n’avons pas profité de la piscine mais elle est, elle aussi, plus grande que sur les photos. Location à conseiller pour les familles ou couples d’amis avec enfants. Cédric
