It comprises an entrance hall (with closet and washing machine), an open-plan kitchen/living area (with sink, mini-fridge, two induction hobs, extractor hood, six-place dishwasher, combination microwave/electric oven, upper and lower cupboards, table and chairs), a living room with two single sofa beds (80 x 200 cm), nesting tables, a cabinet, and a flat-screen TV. The living area opens onto a loggia with unobstructed views of greenery and is furnished with a table, chairs, and two sun loungers. The south-facing apartment also features a sleeping area with a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe, and a bathroom (shower, vanity unit, and toilet). A private parking space for a medium-sized car is included in the underground garage (space #235). Cleaning is not included.
