Great location and lovely staff, the room was clean which is great. However the hotel having keys to enter/lock the room doors instead of card swipes is very inconvenient. You have to leave the room key at reception everytime you leave the hotel and collect when you come back in. The second thing is I barely slept as the room next to mine made noise up until 3am (not the hotel fault I know) but I did ring reception to explain to them this issue but they didn’t do anything about it as the noise continued

"When we arrived, it was difficult to find where to check in. A large sign indicated “Reception” but when we got there the gates were locked and a message said to go to a restaurant 150 metres away to check-in. We got there and it was closed… We wandered around aimlessly until we saw a young man emerging ..."
