"The room was dirty. It was one of the pet friendly rooms, but it was dirty when we got there. It already smelled and the duvet and sheets had stains of them. My dog splashed some water and I wiped it up with a towel… and the towel was so filthy from the gross floor. The hotel had a lot of deferred maintenance. The free breakfast was a hard pass… the gravy was watery and tasteless, and there was otherwise nearly no selection of cereal or pastries or anything usually put out. The service was meh. I felt like I was bothering the guy whenever I was at the front counter."
