"Everything was nice except that we would have liked an opportunity to stay in a room on the same side of the pool and hot tub. We felt uncomfortable tracking through the main lobby back to our room (#292) on the other side of the complex. "

"We loved the service and room at this hotel. The actual driveway to get into the parking lot is a bit confusing (at least for my GPS), but once in the hotel, the room was very spacious, quiet and clean. Breakfast had plentiful choices. The staff helped my elderly mother with her needs. The hot tub was clean and wonderfully relaxing after a long drive."

"Hotel was very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good but restaurant staff was having a bad day and did not hide it well. Hotel staff were very pleasant. Hotel was very conveniently located and parking was well situated with plenty for all. Would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"The check-in area included a cozy fire. Breakfast choices included some egg/burrito vegetarian options which were tasty along with fresh fruit, hot coffee, juices, danish and waffles. My husband had at least two gluten free options: cheerios and Bob’s Red Mill blueberry & hazelnut oatmeal. The staff were efficient and courteous. The indoor pool and hot tub was nice to relax in. Our suite was clean and comfy with nice amenities."

"The room was very clean, the bed was absolutely comfortable. Bathroom was clean, but what made the stay so wonderful was the staff. Seriously, some of the most attentive and friendly staff I have experienced in a hotel stay in a long time. I literally mean everyone my wife and I interacted with. Take a bow Holiday Inn in downtown Lancaster…you deserve it. 🙂"
