Mario was great, assisted me with some things, awesome welcome video and check-in instructions. Good location in the historic district. Period building, quite a few stairs. Nice room with balcony and desk. Kitchen with everything you'd need. Although the room was clean, there was one issue and Mario acted on resolving it immediately. Great communication, very friendly guy.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
The location was excellent, and communication with the owner regarding directions was very good. The house has three bedrooms with a shared kitchen and living room, which were acceptable. However, the bedroom décor and pictures were inappropriate for a B&B. The bathroom needs significant renovation and a thorough deep clean. The shower, tiles, and metal fixtures were rusty and in need of repair or replacement.
