ANCIENT HOUSE OF 1400 IN THE HEART OF THE LECCESE BAROQUE

In the heart of the Baroque of Lecce, "Suite '400", is an ancient residence, located a stone's throw from the main points of interest in the city. 1 minute walk from the Basilica of Santa Croce, 2 minutes from Piazza Sant’Oronzo, the Cathedral, the Roman Theater from the Charles V Castle, and the Roman Amphitheater and only 10km from the marinas. The ancient 15th century residence has been finely restored, preserving the charm of the historical era to which it belongs. The ancient monastery offers a refined atmosphere, it consists of an entrance-living room with a sofa bed and a single bed, a double bedroom with fireplace, a kitchen with all comforts, a bathroom and a small open space . Guests will have the entire property available for exclusive use. The whole structure is covered by wifi. The ancient residence offers excellent accommodation and a refined atmosphere. Near the hotel you will find characteristic restaurants, wine bars, literary cafes having to taste the typical local products. Museums, churches, monuments, amphitheatres, convents, squares and small gardens will frame your walks in Baroque culture.
The historic sites are all within walking distance, as the structure is located in the historic center.
From November to March, heating consumption is included for 8 hours a day.
According to the provisions of art. 4 of Legislative Decree n. 23 of 14 March 2011, the Municipality of Lecce has introduced the tourist tax, the application of which starts on 1 October. The tax must be paid for each overnight stay in the accommodation facilities located in the Lecce area. From October to April € 1.00 per person per night. From May to September € 2.00 per person per night.

Maison historique exceptionnelle

Maison des années 1400 très bien aménagée. Murs et plafonds d’époque . Plafond voûté de 20 pi hautSuper bien situé à quelques minutes des principales attractions de Lecce. L’hôtesse était sur place pour nous accueillir et nous donner des conseils et sites à visiter Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps.Par contre le stationnement est un loin.
