Very clean and nice staff. Be aware that they charge you for cleaning your room. Typically cleaning and providing fresh towels is not an extra charge. Also the bottles of water they leave in the room are extra charge as well if you use them - even though bottled water it is the only drinking water available in Italy. Hotel was great otherwise!

Convenient location for visiting Lecce and around

We stayed in the executive suite which was large and bright. Vito checked us in, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable; giving all kinds of tips for restaurants and places to see! The hotel is only an 8-minute drive to the historic center of Lecce, and very easy to get the highways to the different towns around. Breakfast was OK. The only thing we didn't like was the perfume smell in the hallway.

Quite noisy as there is little insulation between rooms and floors, particularly the plumbing in rooms above. Also, no air conditioning nor fan at all in my room. Very good breakfast and some nice staff. Not 4 star and not worth the price paid.

The hotel was close to and easy to reach Lecce. The restaurant a bit down the road was very good but you had to be careful walking back (use flashlight on the phone). The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel but decorated by Ikea...not a comfortable chair in sight, no drawers. Located in industrial area 4 km from town. $18 euro cab ride each way. I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Only two negatives- it was April and hot, but the hotel did not have the AC turned on. Afternoon sun baked our room. Second item- the hotel permitted a band or audio group to set up a large sound system and do hours of loud sound tests. The music was so loud, we were unable to stay in our room.

Un tipico hotel per viaggi d'affari. La nota dolente del mio soggiorno è stata una vasca da bagno rotta che perdeva acqua a ogni utilizzo, allagando il bagno. Nonostante la segnalazione immediata, l'unica soluzione offerta è stata quella di darmi asciugamani extra per assorbire l'acqua, anziché cambiarmi stanza.

Arrivés à 12h30 au lieu de 14h, la chambre nous a été donnée dans les 5mn! La chambre était spacieuse, ainsi que la salle de bain. La literie très confortable et la climatisation silencieuse. Petit-déjeuner très complet, les différents stands sont systématiquement ravitaillés. Un reproche sur l’éco-responsabilité : les serviettes ont été remplacées, alors qu’on les avait laissées sur les supports comme préconisé. L’hôtel est assez excentré du centre historique de Lecce, si vous n’êtes pas motorisé il faut prendre un taxi environ 15€ le trajet. Et quel dommage qu’il n’y ait pas une piscine.

Muito bom hotel, afastado do centro, mas se estiver de carro tem amplo estacionamento. O quarto é espaçoso, novo, cama bem grande, confortável e limpo. Café da manhã muito bom, poderia ter mais tipos pães. Mas, na Itália, o café da manhã sempre é mais voltado para os doces. Hábito deles! Gostei muito do hotel e da cidade!

Le wi-fi très déficient. On ne pouvait rien regarder car l’internet coupait. La seule chose que l’on pouvait voir, nos email. Wow. En 2025 je penses que vous devriez savoir que tout le monde utilise en permanence internet. Aucun support du personnel car ils semblaient trouver cela normal. Les joints de silicone autour du bain sont noir et insalubres.
