Malennio 36 is in the heart of the historic center of Lecce, in a strategic position to easily reach bars and restaurants. It is on the ground floor but bright and has a nice furnished garden in the back. Recently renovated, it has beautiful star-vaulted ceilings and is very bright. Although it is very central, it is on a pedestrian street protected from traffic and noise. It has a large living area formed by two star vaults. The house is 160 square meters plus 55 square meters of garden.
