Dimora Melograno is a brand new apartment, located within walking distance of the historic center of Lecce for vacation with all services at your fingertips.
The apartment is comfortable and functional, equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine,
Novellini shower, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV, dishwasher,
electric oven, coffee maker, alarm and video surveillance.

The apartment is located within a new apartment building, built in 2025, and energy-qualified in A3, equipped with an elevator.
The rooms are bright and well furnished. The entrance is a large living room with open kitchen, dining table and chairs, 1 double sofa bed,
TV. From here you can go outside to the large balcony furnished with
table and chairs where you can lunch, dine and spend time outdoors.
The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom. To complete the apartment there is 1 bathroom with Novellini shower, with Chromotherapy Chrome light elegantly integrated into its column, relaxing and invigorating horizontal and vertical hydromassage , Bluetooth for listening to music during use, steam sauna with vertical and horizontal aroma diffuser.
At Dimora Melograno towels and bed linen are provided. Cleaning and linen change on request, with extra payment.

Apartment Dimora Melograno is located in a newly constructed building in Lecce center, just 1 km from the train station and 1 km from the cathedral and Piazza Sant`Oronzo.
The entrance to the historic center through Porta San Biagio is about 300 meters away.
From
the center of Lecce one can easily reach the most beautiful beaches and
cliffs of Salento, both on the Ionian and Adriatic coasts, as well as
the renowned seaside destinations of Gallipoli, Otranto, Porto Cesareo
and San Foca.



- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20  per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
