Staff was excellent, very clean. However our bathroom sink was not draining properly and this was mentioned to staff on day one of our stay and it was never fixed. Also our room (201)was next door to the service room and it was very very noisey. We asked to switch rooms and we were told No.

Very bad hotel, very old hotel. Does not looks like the picture… more old. Very noisy, can hear everything in nearbor rooms. Even theire discussens. Not impressed by breakfast either. Ended up by checking out before time and booked another hotel instead. I have tried alot of Mercure in other countries , but this was bad.

Hotel grande com excelente atendimento na recepção e no café da manhã, todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Café da manhã bom. Pra quem está de carro é uma boa opção, pois o hotel tem estacionamento no subsolo, está fora das ZTLs e fica a poucos minutos de caminha até o centro histórico. Porém as instalações do hotel são antigas, se escuta tudo dos quartos ao lado, sabíamos até o programa de tv que passava no quarto vizinho. Quanto a limpeza, recemos toalhas com manchas que pareciam estar sujas e não repuseram o Xampoo/sabonete que tinha acabado.
