Informed main desk that the room was stale and bathroom sink smelt of drains - not sure anything was done. On last day, our room wasn’t cleaned and had to get fresh towels - prompt response. The Queens Hotel
Ideally located next to the station and within a few minutes walk to the shops and city centre. We stayed here while going to a gig at the arena and it was about a 15 minute walk to there.
