Room is very small for 3 pax. Corridor is narrow. Front desk staff provided the incorrect wifi password. Sound proofing not very good. I stay 2nd floor and can hear the tram and metro moving There are shops and restaurants nearby. Very convenient

I made the mistake and thinking we had the whole apartment to ourself. When we checked in with the concierge over the phone he explained that we were going to be share it with someone else. The wife was not too happy about that especially with one bathroom. So the concierge was able to see I made a mistake and upgraded us to a different suite with a private bathroom. We felt very secure as they had a security guard at the front desk. Also something to make note make sure that you have an account to send $600 cdn via e-transfer, Zelle or PayPal for the damage deposit. Otherwise, the suite are excellent very close to downtown, CN tower, the harbour, union Station and public transportation. There was a lot of restaurants and stores to get food and supplies. We didn’t have to rent a car or drive all public transportation. If we were to come again I would see if we could rent the whole apartment with some friends.

Good location. Close to union station, CN tower, restaurants. Bed and pillows not great. Hotel proofing is awful. All the noise from the street can be heard on the 11th floor. Including people shouting

Enjoyed our staycation at the SoHo hotel!! Staff were super friendly, especially Khryzz, she was soo accommodating and helped us with our questions. Definitely will stay here again
