This is a great house to rent. It was impeccably clean and comfortable. The hosts are individuals, not a company, and they really care about their property and the people who stay there, leaving nice treats for you upon arrival, and everything you need in the kitchen to enjoy your stay. There are 3 bedrooms plus their lanai was converted into a quasi 4th bedroom with a queen size pull out bed and full privacy curtains for the room. We didn't need that room but what a nice bonus. Super helpful hosts, communicated with me right away. It was a very easy check in/check out process and we would highly recommend choosing this rental. The location was perfect and the experience exceeded our expectations.

Short stay for youth bowling tournament

The property was in amazing shape & very comfortable.The host had hospitality packs in the bathrooms & in the kitchen that were so nice.The beds were very comfortable and the linens were in great shape. There were huge TV’s in the living room & bedrooms.The host spared no expense to make the property very attractive.

Conveniently located and plenty of sleeping options. Hosts added lots of nice touches like complimentary toiletries, light snacks and drinks and the passes needed to use the amenities in the Villages. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Perfect Stay

The owner was extremely easy to work with and the house was very comfortable for our 2 families of 4. He left us snacks and drinks and provided us with "passes" for the pool, etc. Definitely would stay here again!

Men’s senior softball tournament trip

Great Location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The weather didn’t cooperate and the outside music events were canceled. We did get to play Pickleball with a great group of people from Michigan. The unit was comfortable to spend the chilly days inside catching a movie or two!

Hot Tub House / Spanish Springs

We enjoyed our stay. Check-in/Check-out was very easy with detailed instructions from the hosts. The house was very clean and comfortable and in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to Spanish Springs Square, golf courses, pools, restaurants and grocery stores. The hosts provided several kitchen staples such as coffee, spices, baggies, etc. as well as a few toiletries and beach towels which was very nice. Our guest passes were available upon arrival so we were all set to go enjoy The Villages on day 1. My only suggestion is to have a map available (or emailed) showing the closest neighborhood pool and family pool for that location as we had trouble the first 2 days with The Villages app and couldn't buy a map due to the Sales office being closed when we arrived and closed the next day for Easter. Once we were able to get the app working, it was a breeze. The hosts were quick to respond with any questions.
