"Beautiful grounds, spacious room (jr suite), stocked kitchen, a friendly hotel kitty (seriously, nothing better then a cat visit on vacation!) One bit of feedback though, there is absolutely no advertisement of any activities that are offered at the resort, information of things to do in the area or any info about the weather, ocean temp, nothing like that. It would be great to see some activities listed upon check in that we could make arrangements for with the front desk. Even just basic paddle boards at the beach, we had no idea you even offered them until we asked about it when we saw someone paddling on one. "

"A great value for the price. The location was excellent. Lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. A less than 3 minute walk to the beach. The staff was very pleasant. The rooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable. Would recommend and stay again."

"We spent our 30th wedding anniversary the first week of December 2025. The hotel is perfect for several reasons. The staff is very cheerful and always happy to help, the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The pelican bar happy hour is fantastic and the lobster fest was superb. The free chairs and umbrellas on the beach are a fantastic bonus. We are going back next year same time and we can’t wait to stay at Royal West. "

"We had such a comfortable stay at Grace's Condo and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our vacation. Miranda was incredibly thoughtful in making sure her condo had absolutely everything we could need—right down to ziploc bags! From coffee pods, tissues, paper towels, and hand soap to plenty of towels and beach towels, nothing was overlooked. The place was immaculate when we arrived.Miranda was also very responsive and communicative both before and during our trip whenever we had questions. When we reached out about one of the beach cruiser tires not inflating, she immediately sent her manager over and had it fixed right away—excellent service!The condo also included beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas, which were perfect for our week-long stay. The location was ideal in a safe community where we enjoyed morning walks, and it’s close to Sunset Beach as well as Grace Bay restaurants and shops.Everything about this place was perfect, and we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"
