Does exactly what it says Excellent location for us close to boatyard where we were working on our boat. Excellent for town of Nidri. Dated but spotlessly clean daily maid service with change of towels every day. We left behind medication and helpful owner kept it safe for us. Excellent value for money.

not a good experience if you want to sleep

This was not a good experience, at all. The fridge had been turned off for defrosting, so it leaked water all over the floor, and the towel that was put down was soaked through and there were no extra towels to clean up the extra water. Although relatively clean, the amenities were spartan. The shower was extremely small and the water leaked all over the bathroom floor, which wouldn't have been so bad if there had been a mop or extra towels around. The shower was also missing a drain and the hole was about the size of a fist, which made the already small shower more unattractive with a gaping hole in the middle of the shower. To make matters worse, there were two large dogs located in the lot directly next door and right underneath the balcony, and I believe that they belonged to the owner of the hotel. Those dogs barked ALL NIGHT LONG. We couldn't sleep because they barked so much. To make matters worse, there was a TV or radio on in the room next door, and with the walls being so thin, we could hear it all night. Finally, there was no address given which made it difficult to find, and the owner of the property gave me wrong instructions to access the room. In short, the hotel was hard to find, the owner was not very helpful, and we didn't sleep well at all. The only positive about this is that the location is great--very close to the shops/restaurants/port, but there are other hotels located in similar locations. Shop around before you book here.

The manager, Dimitri, went out of his way to make our stay unique. He has a wealth of information he is always willing to share. When ever I approached him he would respond with, “Yes, Madam, I aim only to make your stay pleasant. Dimitri is a gem.

Once again I have stayed here it is the ultimate bargain of a lifetime, such good value even aircon included, my room was cleaned and bed changed after 1night with onsite free parking. It is a short walk to the main street with bars and restaurants and the marina but enough to be quiet

Book ikke økonimi værelset!

Jeg ved ikke hvordan de "almindelige" værelser er. Men økonomi er det rene skidt. Der står der er dobbeltseng, der er en meget høj køjeseng. Køkkengrej: 1 glas, et krus, en teske, 2 gafler og 1 kniv! Ingen vandkoger. Køleskabet lød som det skulle ekspodere hver øjeblik, især om natten. Ventilatoren i badeværelset kan jeg slet ikke beskrive. Book det aldrig! Men måske er du heldig ikke at finde hotellet, kortet Hotels.com sender er et helt andet sted i byen! Når man så endelig finder det med hjælp fra de lokale, er der ingen navn på hotellet!

Personale poco cortese, camera piccola con pessima doccia e praticamente senza armadio, check in previsto per le 8:30 invece il titolare per telefono insisteva che avremmo dovuto farlo il pomeriggio, parcheggio inesistente, unica nota positiva la vicinanza al centro di nidri, ma boccito senza appello

Nice friendly owner,he came to get us from another hotel location we could not find it at nite.driving details should be given to clients..some safety issue access to bathroom high step tripping over it.there was no cleaning service at all,never saw the Owner 'during stay, cleaning staff non existing,shower hook was missing from shower stall,where you secure telephone sjower, only one garbage can in bath (full)1toilet paper rol l supplied for 4days stay!no dish soap ,cloth, sponge in kitchenette "a must.!no soap /shampoo in bathroom suppiied.the decorative blanket on the bed that looked nice is for single bed only,not for queen.its a joke 'no tel on site for emergency or contact with owner(must carry own cell) mold in kitchen cabinet under sink very unhealthy !electric panel by main door is buzzing loud all nite unable to sleep.no cleaning service at all provided.Room is decorated nice , & is clean upon arrival'then you are on your own to clean garbage and supply your own toilet paper.the mattress is hard ,springs are popping unable to turn from side to side Overal, poor customer service!clean towels and sheets should be supplied at least once during 4 day stay.owner did say anything you need just call..except there is no phone service on site directly connecting you..something to consider adding ,there is no one on site Property is pretty much on its own 'neglected.

Wij zouden 1 nachtje in het Summer Bed Nydri verblijven echter toen wij hier aankwamen zei Dimitris dat hij en zijn vrouw nog een ander hotel hadden en ze hadden die avond hun suite vrij. Voor 'zo'n jong koppel' als wij vond hij het helemaal geschikt, we hoefden niet bij te betalen en als wij ermee akkoord gingen zou hij ons hier naartoe brengen. Wij gingen akkoord en hij heeft ons er met de auto naartoe gebracht, Villa Magemenou, het lag buiten Nydri, bij Nikiana in de buurt. Wij hebben die nacht in hun suite verbleven en het was een daadwerkelijk prachtig uitzicht over het water. Daarbij waren Dimitris en Olga, zijn vrouw, ontzettend lieve en behulpzame mensen. Wij hadden de rest van onze vakantie al bij een ander hotel geboekt maar toch zijn we bijna elke dag nog eventjes bij Olga langs gegaan voor tips etc. Met name door haar hulp en leuke ideeën hebben wij een super vakantie gehad! Dus over Summer Bed Nydri het hotel kan ik niet veel zeggen maar de gastvrijheid van Dimitris en Olga zegt genoeg

Booked a room for 2 nights, Fri & Sat, had specified we needed 2 single beds. Were given a room with absolutely no relationship to the photos:very tiny & instead of 2 beds we found a bunk! (one bed over the other). We complained & the manager said he provided us with 2 single beds, as we had requested! He also tried to convince us that bunk isn’t inferior and that "bunk is the future"! After we explained we feel we didn't get what we expected & that we would never book a room with a bunk if we knew beforehand, he tried to get us a room elsewhere at his own expense, but unsuccessfully (everything was booked). After 2 hours, he proposed to reimburse 50% of the amount for the first night & transfer us to another room the next day. We agreed but did not avoid sleeping on a bed where every time that me or my friend turned over, the other was shaken (2 adults, age>30, by the way…) The 2nd room was exactly like in the pictures, although what you see isn’t exactly what you get. But it was OK. Rooms centrally located in Nydri.  As for parking, there are 2 places right outside & u can park only if u are lucky enough. There was no rope to hang our bathing suits & towels in neither of the 2 rooms. The rooms were clean only to "pass the mark", the a/c device has a light that is annoying during the night. Positive: the place is newly-furnished, mattresses are acceptable, wifi works perfect. Recommendation: for God's sake, stay away from the tiny room with the bunk!
