Nestled between two villages on the north east coast of Lefkas is Villa Earth, a charming villa packed with beauty ready and waiting for you. This inviting two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is calling out to you, with its understated elegance and thoughtful design. The heart of the villa is an open-plan kitchen and lounge, but the hub of your holiday entertainment will be the cool waters of your private pool.
Step outside to discover a terrace that redefines the concept of comfortable outdoor living. A gas barbecue area is ready for all your alfresco dining needs, where the sizzle of delicacies meets the fragrant breeze of the surrounding olive trees and fields. Imagine evenings spent under the open sky, surrounded by the captivating sounds of nature and the joy of delicious shared meals.
The focal point of your Lefkas escape is the private pool—a refreshing haven inviting you to unwind whilst admiring the beauty of the amazing surroundings. Whether basking in the sun on the poolside loungers or taking a leisurely dip in the water, you’ll never want to leave the pool area, a sanctuary of relaxation and sunny serenity.
Hidden between Lygia and Kariotes, you’ll be able to take in the best of both worlds. Only a short walk from Kariotes’ beautiful pebbly beach, some fun by the sea is always on the cards, with the calm bay waters ideal for a refreshing ocean swim. Take the scenic walk down the coast to Lygia Beach for a more relaxing time, with a selection of loungers and parasols ready to be used.

 To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 100cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 150cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and mostly flat. There are 5 steps to the outside seating area, however you can access this via the grass slope. There is a small lip over the patio doorframe. The pool itself has step access. The ground floor bedroom has a door width of 80cm, whilst the shower room door is 70cm wide. There are 14 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 120cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 120cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
