"Room was very clean. Parking was tight (not easy to get a spot). Lobby w snacks was across the street. The rooms are NOT soundproof at all."

"Staff was very nice and location was great. Room had an odd smell and after housekeeping it was still there. No conditioner in the shower before or after cleaning. Hotel only has valet parking for $52 per day but valet had car ready to go quickly when asked. "

"Good location, roomy suite, friendly staff. Breakfast was good quality for a hotel chain. The rooftop patio is a wonderful place to hang out and open a bottle of wine that you can buy at the nice world grocery a half a block away. My only complaint is that the bed in our room was a bit lumpy - the mattress seemed to be nearing the end of its useful life. But I'd stay here again and hope that the bedding gets updated."

"We usually spend a night here when we are going to an event at the MODA and we just love the location. However we stayed 4 nights this time and it was underwhelming to say the least. Our first room was in terrible shape and dirty. Multiple things wrong with the room but the inoperable peep hole was what did it for me. I asked to change rooms and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We got our new room and it was much better but when we realized there was no shower rod or curtain we were told we could change rooms again or they could give us towels for the bathroom floor. So yeah, great staff, great location but the property could use a renovation, it was in very bad shape."
