- This well-maintained, very well-equipped duplex with a sun terrace is located in the heart of Cap Ferret, just a few steps from the bay beach. Everything is within walking distance; a car is not needed and can be conveniently parked in the private car park. The bay beach is directly across the street, and from the terrace you can even catch a glimpse of the Dune of Pilat. Terrace with dining table, lounge chair, and awning.
Upper floor: Spacious living room with comfortable seating area and TV (TNT), open kitchen with dining table, 1 small bedroom with a 1.40m double bed and a single bed, 1 separate toilet.
Lower level: 1 bedroom with a 1.40m double bed, sofa, and closet; 1 bathroom with shower and integrated toilet. Separate storage room with washing machine and dryer; space to store bicycles. Private parking on the property.
Distances: Bay beach 50m, ocean beach 1,200m, market/shops/restaurants 50–150m.
Arrival and departure on Saturdays in July and August.
