"The the service and staff were just wonderful. The room was clean, the snacks and drinks which included soft drinks and alcohol drinks were great. It actually made a nice dinner. We had meatballs and mashed potatoes and some steamed vegetables. Saved us a lot of money. There is access from the hotel basement to the Riverwalk. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. The views from the upper terraces are beautiful. The hotel is just a few blocks from the Alamo. If you check out at 11 and your car is in the valet parkincg plan to wait a little while because everyone is checking out at the same time."
