DO NOT STAY HERE The photo of this hotel has to be at least 10 years old. The alley to the hotel is unsafe we knew we would not walk that alley at night. Check in greeted us with everything we would be charged for, lost card, room checked prior to letting us leave. It was insulting and turned me off right away. Please remove “all inclusive” from the description. We were charged for everything. They do not speak English very well. The staff repeats your meal order 5 times. Once or twice okay. Five times!. The rooms are full of black mold I have photos to prove it. The free buffet has bugs crawling all over the food. I have photos. Expedia we no longer trust you. Plus,where is the promised credit. Will you add dishonesty to this horrible experience as well.

Lovely hotel and a short walk to Double Six Beach

The grounds are really lovely and the premises seem very secure. The villa with a pool was fantastic and the A/C worked quite well. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Astagina can secure a driver for you to take you anywhere you wish to go, and the drivers speak excellent English and are incredibly helpful too. The walk to Kuta Beach is short and easy to get to. Best priced hotel closest to the beach and best value for the money!!

Great place amazing staff in an ideal location !

We had a wonderful time and the staff were very accommodating and helpful! Pools and gardens were stunning! The location was perfect right in between Kuta and seninyak

Walking On Water

Having our own pool was fabulous! "Walking on the water" to get to the bedroom was magical. The breakfast buffet was great. The beach was down the road. My only beef was that the front desk did not honor all of the discounts I earned from the massages my family and I received. I would return but I would not trust any "discounts" this resort has again.

Ticks many boxes but in need of minor makeover

We enjoyed our stay at Astagina Villas. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, the buffet breakfast tried to cater for every taste, and the in-house spa was lovely. Would I stay there again? I would probably go elsewhere the second time around just to mix things up again, as it didn't blow us away, but I would still give it four out of five.

Great Stay at Astagina

Just returned from a great trip to Bali. Astagina Villas one bedroom, private pool villa was fantastic. The bed was super comfortable and the layout of the villa was exactly as advertised in the online photos. My only complaint would be that the upholstery on the couch and pool loungers needed cleaning. The overall cleanliness of the villa was fine. The staff at Astagina was helpful and friendly, even surprising me with a cake for my birthday. I also had the opportunity to stay (briefly) in one of the standard pool view rooms. This room was lovely and comfortable as well. If I return to Bali, I will definitely stay here again.

Great Family Friendly Resort

Booked this for a family stay and it was pretty close to perfect. It's a resort with all the facilities you need and has a range of accommodation options to suit everyone. On site restaurant is very good and reasonably priced and the daily buffet breakfast that was included with our package had plenty of variety to suit all tastes. This resort is in the Legian area so if you're a first time visitor or travelling with children, I can highly recommend it if you want to stay somewhere AWAY from the full-on-in-your-face Bali (read: "not as many drunken tourist yobbos and the things they attract") and at the same time still close enough to all the amenities, shops and dining. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Their English speaking skills are OK - a little room for improvement but the overall service and experience is hard to fault.

Beautiful resort stay

Amazing stay at 1 bedroom villa with private pool. We stayed 4d3n. Beautiful villa, my daughter enjoyed both our private swimming pool and also common swimming pool which is walking distance from our villa. The villa itself very spacious. It has nice place in one corner for meditation. The villa is beautifully decorated. Breakfast is delicious, complimentary daily afternoon tea also served traditional cake. Dinner is also delicious and reasonable price. The only minus point, the walking distance to double six beach can be skipped, it just dirty and smelly beach.

Astagina Villa - worth a stay

Nice hotel tucked away behind Legian beach just away from the huddle and bustle. Well placed for both Seminyak and Kuta, close to Bintang Supermarket and surrounding shops. Very friendly and attentive staff with good English, no request an issue. Nice grounds, food and kids pool, 2 bed pool villa was spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 kids. Would consider stating again.

The Villas were in an ideal location

The Villas were situated in a private and beautiful setting. The close proximity to many eating and shopping choices made it ideal for a positive holiday experience. Legian Beach was only a short walk offering choices to both eat and settle in for a few cocktails, when taking in a beautiful sunset.

quiet hotel close to beach, restaurants and shops

Great cottage at the rear of the property and very quiet which was what we were looking for. Staff very helpful. Only downfall was late room clean and no towels until we asked on two occasions. Unable to use the pool for several hours due to cleaning.
