"Selv om at The Reset slår sig op på kurophold m.v, så er det også velegnet til en almindelig slotsferie. Slottet er under renovering, og man fornemmer at de nye ejere gør meget ud af, at alle detaljer er perfekte. Den værelsesfløj vi boede i var færdigrenoveret, og værelset var meget stort og velindrettet med sans for de små detaljer. Til værelset var der en terrasse med udsigt over søen. Morgenmadsbuffet blev serveret i flotte omgivelser i selve slottets festsal. Her kan man også bestille...

"Charming small hotel visited a week before Easter 2024 - not their peak season so I suspect it is sometimes harder to get the lovely room on the 5th floor - but the room itself was a solid without being outstanding. The breakfast included in the room was decent - perhaps not as good as in some larger hotels but it would be unfair to expect them to provide as much variety in such a small hotel - and the made to order choose your eggs was a nice touch. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. "Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig direkt an einem Feld gelegen und gegenüber befindet sich gleich der Nationalpark Müritz, das war sehr schön. In die Stadt benötigt man zu Fuß eine halbe Stunde. Die Zimmereinrichtung vom Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Badezimmer sitzt man mit seinen Beinen direkt in der Dusche und die Duschtür hat nicht die richtigen Maße und lässt sich dadurch nicht auf Anhieb schließen. 2 Euro Parkgebühr pro Nacht für die zu kleinen Stellplätze auf dem Hof sind...

"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key. "Der Biergarten bzw. Frühstücksbereich liegt schön am See und die Matratzen waren gut. Ich war während einer sehr heißen Temperaturperiode in diesem Hotel, und als ich die Tür zu meinem Einzelzimmer (unter dem Dach) öffnete, stand ich sozusagen im offenen Badezimmer. Keine Milchglasscheibe o.ä. war davor verbaut. Bis auf eine kleine Schublade unter dem Waschtisch gibt es auch nur offene Regale. Und obwohl dieses Zimmer renoviert wurde, gab es bei diesen Temperaturen nicht mal einen...

"Blick vom Zimmer auf den See war wunderbar, auch vom Speisesaal aus. Die Warener Altstadt ist bezaubernd. Man findet außergewöhnliche, liebevoll eingerichtete Restaurants und Café's.Die Verköstigung im Hotel war für jeden Geschmack interessant und mit Freude am Gast präsentiert. "
