Views and Sunsets!

This is one of our favorite houses, primarily because of its incredible orientation and cosiness. The west-facing deck offers breathtaking sunsets, while the front of the house showcases stunning sunrises. The views are truly indescribable—photos simply don’t do them justice and must be experienced in person.

What we love most is that you can take in the scenery from the steaming hot sauna behind its large glass door or while relaxing in the high-end luxury hot tub right next to it. The pool, the main deck, and almost every corner of the house offer amazing views. It’s the perfect blend of living in nature while being close to all the excitement.

Proximity to Asheville
This stunning home is closer to Asheville than it might seem. While we have properties that appear nearer to the center, the recently widened New Leicester Highway provides a smooth and scenic route, allowing you to reach downtown Asheville in under 20 minutes. This house offers the perfect balance of peaceful surroundings with convenient access to the city.

Pet Fees
There is an additional cleaning fee of $ 75 for any number of pets. Please note that dogs are not allowed on beds. If you do, please use a blankie, especially with a shedding fur baby. The backyard is fully fenced in. Please pick up after you dog if they do their business in the yard!

Cancellation Policy
VRBO's cancellation terms allow guests to cancel right before their stay, which is not ideal for a property of this size that typically does not accommodate last-minute bookings. To address this, we offer a refund if your dates are rebooked at the rate we secure, up to the amount of your original payment. Additionally, we provide a full refund within the first 48 hours of booking, aligning with the cancellation policies of other platforms.

Parties
Our house is in a subdivision with other houses. The neighbours are not on vacation, so we do want to allow them the quiet enjoyment of their homes. Please be cognizant of the noise. We do not allow events or parties at this location. We do have other locations that are better suited for your gatherings!
