Waterfront villa with a jacuzzi and sauna

Villa Ananda means “Inner Joy” and is a charming and well-appointed wellness villa on the water where you can relax both indoors and outdoors. Thanks to its location, this modern villa (2025) is a wonderful base for water activities, and Amsterdam, Leiden, Schiphol, and Keukenhof are all less than a half-hour drive away, allowing you to perfectly combine the villa’s amenities with city trips.

The villa accommodates up to 8 people and is exclusively suited for quiet groups seeking relaxation. A travel cot for a baby is available. Unfortunately, parties and groups of young people are not welcome in our area, where everyone values their peace and quiet.

Enjoy the open views of the water and the passing boats from the spacious living room, the terrace, the Finnish sauna, or the hot tub. The hot tub is available year-round—pure comfort in both summer and winter.

The villa is also equipped with a ground-source heat pump and air conditioning for optimal comfort in every season. For guests with an electric car, there is also the option to charge it for a fee in line with market rates. Inside, you’ll find a cosy bar for drinks or a game night. There’s also a large screen with a projector and a mobile TV (which can also be used for presentations) with a game console. The villa is also equipped with a high-quality sound system in the kitchen, living room, and sauna. Outside, an XL barbecue is ready for balmy summer evenings by the water.

A SUP board with an optional kayak seat is also available for our guests. Upon request and subject to availability, we can also arrange a boat tour on the nearby lakes for you, during which you’ll be picked up at the villa’s private dock.
