The Hinterhaus apartment brings peace to your trip to Leipzig. In a side street in Karl Heine Kietz you are very close to the pulse of our city and still find peace that does you good in the big city.
I have set up the studio so that I feel comfortable and safe myself. In the large living / sleeping / dining area you will find cozy niches for cooking, eating and digestive sleep, without it being tight.
Up to 3 people can sleep in the studio. Two find space in the comfortable double bed (160x200cm). Another guest can be seated on the large sofa (90x200cm).

Please note that we have to collect a guest tax from you, which we pass on to the city of Leipzig. It is EUR 3.00 per adult per night. For more information, please see the following link:

Gute Lage in Lindenau und der Szene dort (Lokale, Veranstaltungsort Westflügel). Die Anfahrt mit ÖPNV in die Innenstadt ist problemlos. Ruhiger Innenhof. Würden wir wieder buchen.

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung genau so empfunden, wie es inseriert war. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, es war alles sauber und die Straßenbahnanbindung ist nur ein Katzensprung entfernt. Wer gerne Essen gehen möchte, bekommt in Lauf Nähe eine große Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars.

Nette, unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Schöne zentrale Lage. Saubere Wohnung. Ausstattung sehr spartanisch - 2 Tassen, 2 Messer, 2 Müslischalen für 3 Personen. Da kommt man nicht in Versuchung die Spülmaschine zu benutzen. :) Hatten aber super Wetter wie bestellt! ;)

Eine kleine sehr gemütliche Wohnung. Uns hat der Aufenthalt dort gut gefallen. Die Lage ist gut. Die Innenstadt ist ca 30 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Es lohnt sich. Für zwei Erwachsene ist die Wohnung gut geeignet. Wir hoffen das nächstes Jahr die Buchmesse stattfindet und wir uns dann auch wieder in der Wohnung einmieten können. Denn das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.
