This cozy apartment is 35 m² and has 1 queen-size bed, 1 sofa bed and a small kitchen. There is also a private sauna in the bathroom. It is perfect for couples and small families, but also for business people.

Our aparthotel with 16 apartments awaits you with a stylish design, modern bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens with dining areas. The bright and spacious apartments also have box spring beds, Smart TVs and, of course, free WiFi. Furthermore, 10 of our apartments are equipped with their own sauna in the bathroom. The property also has a garden with barbecue facilities.

Objektlage im "plattenbau" leider keine Parkplatz Möglichkeiten nur öffentliches. Abends eine reine Katastrophe.

Gemütliches Zimmer mit ansprechender Einrichtung

Das Zimmer ist praktisch eingerichtet. Es war größtenteils sehr sauber, leider lagen noch so einige Haare herum und die Fugen der Dusche und Dichtung recht stark von Schimmel betroffen. Die Sauna am Zimmer war top. Etwas hellhörig im Haus, aber die Lage zur Straße ruhig in der Nacht. In der Küchenzeile war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde und sehr sauber.
