Excellent location just a 5–6 minute walk to all main public transportation stops like Wien Westbahnhof. The staff are genuinely friendly and very helpful, especially the kitchen team and the Front Office. A comfortable stay overall with good service and easy access to the city.

We had an excellent stay. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are very comfortable, quiet and clean, and the breakfast was varied, locally sourced and delicious. Very conveniently located for the metro and Praterstern station. I would definitely stay again if I visit Vienna in future.

We enjoyed the very ample breakfast menu and great staff attending. Our room was most comfortable if a bit small, but the bathroom was well appointed.
Would highly recommend for comfort and the excellent location to all the cultural institutions and museums.

I Stay here again and again! Great location only a few stops from the city centre easy to get to the main attractions. The rooms are a good size and clean. Friendly staff. The hotel is on a quiet street so easy to sleep at night . Highly recommend
