On arrival, I appreciated the security at the entrance. However, things went downhill after that. Please be aware that prices are quite a bit higher on Expedia than they are on the actual company's website (or if you call/whatsapp them). This is important because they have this weird policy that if you spend a certain amount/get a certain type of room, you get 2 complimentary breakfasts. If you are below that room type/spend amount, you only get one person's breakfast comp'd/included, even if you indicated that you booked for two people. It's a weird policy in my opinion, and the staff would not budge on it, even though it's not listed anywhere on Expedia. The room were clean, but evident of wear and tear. The pool looked like it never got used. The food at the restaurant was good, but SO expensive. Almost $15USD for jollof and plantains...! The airport shuttle is an extra fee, but the shuttle wasn't even available the day of purchase. We ended up using UberComfort which was 25% of the price of the shuttle. Overall, I would look for another option for any future layovers in Lagos.

1. Wifi was not the best (unreliable)
2. Rooms were clean but had that old unusable scent.
3. The shower was a drip. Like a running tap.
4. Staff were exceptional. Very friendly and always ready to answer any questions
5. Breakfast have had better but needs one with patience
6. Dinner was okay, liked the club sandwich and struggnohf meal.
7. Air-conditioning was very okay.
Recommend to anyone on budget and within proxy of ikeja.
Not my first choice of accomodation but can stay any other time.
