3 Bedroom house with water front views. Queen bed to master bedroom. Single top double bottom bunks in the other 2 rooms. Lay down sofa in back room. Bathroom with separate toilet. Step down lounge room with separate dining area from kitchen. There is a separate AC unit and fans. Great family house with a secured back yard. Undercover back entertaining patio. Close to the local Marina, wialking tracks and parks. Local restaurants , distillery & cafes located at the Marina .Fishing, swimming or kayaking out the front. 20* minutes to Nelson Bay. We enjoyed our stay at Bayview Waterfront Holiday Rental. The house was clean and comfortable. The location is beautiful with views of the water, scenic walking tracks and great fishing spots nearby. The beach themed decor throughout the home was also appreciated.

Fantastic experience

This was a short getaway for our family and it didn’t disappoint. Had everything we required and was super well laid out for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this quiet location for a short or long stay.

The property was very clean and tidy and in a quiet location. Short walk into town on a bush track by the water. Everything you can think of is provided. If we were ever back that way, wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.

Loved the enclosed grassy back yard and undercover areas for play and eating outside The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need. 2 separate living areas. Loved being opposite the reserve and water.

Fabulous! I was impressed with how quiet and safe the area was. Very enjoyable. My kids aged 10 and 12 literally spent all day every day across the road fishing. I felt very happy here. Sonya is wonderful to communicate with and a very nice, relaxing weekend with family and friends

Quiet spot to stay by the water

Nice little spot to stay, easy property manager to deal with. House is great but if you have young kids might not be suitable due to sunken lounge and lots of different flooring with various heights. Other than that, great stay

A well loved property at a great location

We spent a couple of nights at this lovey property during our recent trip and we all had an amazing time. The property is very well equipped and decorated (it even has Christmas deco!), and there was ample space for our kids to play and run around. Sonya was great with communication and the whole checkin and checkout process was seamless. Highly recommended!

Waterside stay

We were very happy with the presentation of the home. All needs were met. A well equipped kitchen with BBQ utensils, TV and DVD player, air in the main living areas and a contained backyard for the children. The lovely green grasses areas with tyre swing across the road were a hit with the kids as well the sandy tidal beach where we kayaked, waded and saw dolphins. A wonderful quiet getaway.

We booked this accommodation. Stayz took our money and sent us a confirmation. Then nothing.
