"The customer service refused to refund my my booking amount dispite purchasing travel guard insurance through expedia. I thought I booked 2 nights, but it was just thr one. I tried to extend the stay, but they didnt have the additional night I needed. I tried cancelling within 5 hours of booking and the company refused to refund me."

"Stayed at Shooting Star Casino on September 6 and had a great experience. I use a wheelchair and the accessible room worked perfectly. Staff were wonderful — they moved my mom’s room next door to mine and even provided her a wheelchair so she didn’t have to walk far. We also enjoyed a good meal at the restaurant. Excellent service and very accommodating! They. Could use more handicap parking. "

"The advertisement was exactly as promised. What a beautifully tranquil location! The property was very clean, welcoming and had a lot of extra touches, like firewood, games, books, WiFi, friendly pets who loved to visit and snuggle. Would definitely recommend staying here.
