Check in was a mess with no on line available….ling line. Elevators got overwhelmed with surge after workshops

Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square
Hotel was in a prime location! Close to subway which made it easy to get around the city and center time square! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions and issues. Would definitely stay here again.

Lotte New York Palace
This is a comfortable and accommodating luxurious hotel ideally situated for us across the street from St. Patrick Cathedral and within walking distance of great restaurants and Broadway shows. We will return here on our next visit to NYC.
