"We had a wonderful experience. Jenny at the front desk saved my birthday weekend by finding a room with a park view that I really wanted. It was heavenly to wake up and see the Park sunrise in the morning and the lights at night. The doormen were exceptionally friendly and always remembered me with greetings. The rooms was nicely decorated. We did not check out the spa."

"Located at the heart of Times Square and close to Broadway theaters. Clean room. The onsite restaurant makes excellent breakfast and the online ordering/pickup is very convenient. Will stay again in the future."

"Our stay was incredible! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Mirsada provided outstanding service and attentiveness. The rooms are elegant and well appointed but could benefit from a facelift. The King Cole Bar was fun and the drinks were delicious (albeit pricey). Use of the house car is a big perk and our driver was gracious and accommodating. The service and overall experience are tough to beat!"
