Comfortable centrally located hotel

We stayed here for a night while walking the Camino. The room was large and comfortable and the bathroom had a bath. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. The hotel is really well located, very close to Casa Botines and the cathedral.

Perfect stop for our night in Leon near old town area and the cathedral. Staff amazing. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was firmer than i am used to, but I slept well. A bit of noise from room above and on the street late at night. It's downtown so expect you may hear noise if you're staying here.

The Hotel is in the middle of town; you go for a walk of the many historic sites, you come back freshen up, go bavk for a walk again, no taxis required

Nice hotel and excellent reception team. Comfortable, clean & tidy bedroom with great bathroom. Nice and quiet on 7th floor with beautiful balcony views. Breakfast was excellent! Very close to the Cathedral and other historical places in León. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel!

This is a mostly very nice hotel and it's within easy walking distance of León's train station which was a big bonus. Bedsheets had a couple of small stains on them. Front desk staff are just about polite but quite cold to you if you don't speak Spanish.

Lovely Leon.

Excellent hotel right on the cusp of the old and new town areas. Rooftop restaurant lovely but many street restaurants with old town ambience handy. We were lucky it seems to park in hotel basement car park, not bookable but we felt essential for peace of mind during three days of ignoring the car. Reception staff superb. Cathedral better than Chartres, worth the visit alone, but there is much more.

If I return to León, I definitely won’t be staying at this hotel again. There were no available parking spots, and the air conditioning in my room wasn’t working properly—maintenance attempted to fix it but was unsuccessful. The hotel is in need of renovation, especially the first-floor rooms and the worn carpet in the common areas. Additionally, there was no coffee provided in the room, which was disappointing.

We absolutely loved the place. Amazing breakfast, lots of different foods in a light and comfy restaurant. The restaurant staff was really professional and kind, always polite and customer-oriented. My mom has difficulties walking and rhey were really attentive with us. The same applies to the the staff in other areas. The room was big and beautifully decorated. We definitively be back.
