The hotel is in a good location. Has very good amenities. However, the bed and pillows are terrible. The bed feels like you are sleeping in a slat of wood and the pillows are super unconformable

Staff were extremely friendly. I had my Spanish speaking wife with me but they were able to reply to their whatsapp in English and I believe they would have tried to speak English when necessary. The hotel is decently maintained, it could use a renovation, but nothing was bad. The pool is pretty small but a very nice to have. Breakfast was disappointing, my reservation had free breakfast but the buffet cost extra. Without a fee you got to choose from a small menu. And there was no food room service menu. Again, I'm sure if i had asked they would supply one as we did see room service delivering cokes and food. But we chose not to use it.
