"Room was musty, charging station on desk didn't work, handle fell off the bathtub when taking a shower. The bar was great. Bartender was topnotch we had a good time . Checking in was a ordeal, long lines, they need more help. "

"The airport shuttle was easy to use. Just check in with the desk staff to reserve your seat. Only 10 people can fit on the shuttle and it leaves once an hour. The hotel staff were friendly and made the stay bearable. The room smelled of mildew, and they had a scent diffuser going in the halls to hide the smell. The linens were very clean and you can tell that the housekeeping staff are doing there best with what they have. The room had rust throughout and the matress has seen better days and shouldve been replaced many times over. One of the elevators was down while we were there and you can tell that they need to be upgraded. Very old, slow and worn. The staff are the only reason we stayed after smelling how bad the room smelled of mildew. They were so nice. "

"Bathroom door wouldn’t close no maintenance available and the room had an horrible mildew smell my clothes smelled for days. I wouldn’t recommend that hotel to anyone!!! Staff didn’t help with my issues said no other rooms available didn’t offer a discount or anything.."

"I stayed at the hotel specifically because they had free breakfast and free shuttle. Came downstairs for both….nowhere. Cost me another $75 for Uber and breakfast at the airport. There were dozens of hotels closer to the airport. My bad. There is zero special about this hotel. It’s in the middle of an industrial park. Stay away. "
