"It's all about location, and there's very little else. The whole property is old and looks old and uninviting, both the common spaces and the room itself. There was a small window in the room, double glazed and through which I could see nothing, it was either very dirty or very scratched. So there was very little natural light. The wall to wall carpeting is old and drab. The whole feel of the place is old and run down. But the bed was good and the linen was clean, and there was plenty of hot water in the shower, which was basically all I needed. The staff was nice, I didn't really use their help too much. I was freezing (air conditioning throughout the Miami airport is insane) and asked for an extra blanket, and one was delivered to my room quite quickly, so no complaints about service."
