"The property was great, and the manager was always helpful and went out of her way to help us. The rooms were awesome and everything always very clean."
"This is a beautiful hotel in a very nice area of the city. Walkable to City Hall, restaurants, shops, and other attractions.
The hotel rooms are very luxurious. However, the architecture of our suite was less than idea. The price was too high for what they offered. "

10/10 Excellent
"The rooms are so spacious, the staff is incredible, the Restaurnat delightful, the concierge and front desk staff exceeded my expectations with very helpful tips of the city. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the entire property is conveniently located close to a lot of Viennas premier attractions. Wonderful shopping district filled with restaurants. This place is a true gem. "
"Fantastic location. Quiet, well appointed rooms. Friendly and helpful check in staff. Good breakfast with lots of options. My daughter celebrated a birthday while staying at the hotel and they surprised her with a small cake at breakfast, making it a special stay. "
"Excellent location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Easy access to shopping and food. The location was the best part and I would come back because of this. The rooms were large and comfortable. Somewhat of an odd layout as bathroom and toilet were separated on opposite sides of the room. Also both bathroom and toilet had frosted glass doors. They were not see through, but lacked privacy. My older kids were uncomfortable with this. We enjoyed our stay, but I lowered the stars on service as staff were not very friendly. We were also only given 2 bath towels for 4 people. Asked for more but they only left 2 each day. "
"We loved our stay at the Radisson. It had been newly renovated. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was in a good location. Would definitely stay here again "
