    "I liked the hotel room, the sloped ceiling and windows are not typical. The bathroom had a heated towel rack and the room was warm. Everything is walking distance in Salzburg, so that was not an issue. The hotel was small, but clean. The young lady who checked us in was not the most enthusiastic hotel staffer I have ever seen. But, after spending a day in Salzburg, I realize that she is not atypical of the service industry in Salzburg. Nevertheless, a pleasant experience. Oh, the young lady let..."

    "Clean, newly refurbished room BUT very small rooms, the door to the room didn’t even open fully because it hit the bed. This being said, I also don’t think they sell themselves very well. The ‘Lounge’ is a communal area (maybe more like a hostel) that has kitchen facilities & a vending machine that has a selection of drinks & snacks (including alcohol) It was about 15 min walk from the station & about 20 mins to the Old Town the other side of the river. "
