"A few staff members made our stay fantastic. Patrick, kitchen supervisor, was very friendly and the dining room was clean and the buffet had many options to choose from. Christian, night desk supervisor, also friendly and accommodating. "Really loved the location of this hotel and we had a nice, quiet stay. Our room was clean on arrival and kept clean during our stay. The reception staff were also very helpful especially when the firm bed was a bit too firm - probably fine for most guests but I have chronic pain and sleep better with a soft bed. The only unexpected thing was a charge of 10 Euros for a towelling robe for our stay. Thank you everyone."

Only thing that was unusual to me as I'm not from Finland, is that the indoor pool and Sauna is only available in the morning till around 10am, and sometimes in the evening. I believe this is just a cultural difference. Staff were exceptional."

"Loved this hotel. It's next to the train station and a perfect location for exploring Helsinki. The hotel was clean and our room was really great standard. There was pleanty of room for two in the superior twin room, the bathroom felt luxurious. The bar area was lovely and the breakfast areas were lovely, there was even outdoor spaces to enjoy the morning sunshine! The breakfasts in the morning had a great choice for especially for vegetarians and vegans. I wold suggest going to breakfast as earlier as posible as it did get very busy during our weekend but it was still a good experience. I honestly can only think of two things I would change. First - after hours food and drink in the reception area was limited esepcially if you didn't want alcohol. If this could be improved that would be great. And second (and this is picky) - the toilet brush was a bit grubby which was odd because everything else was spotless. Definitely coming back to this hotel when I visit Helsinki again. Bravo!"
